We really, really love this cocktail. It's easy to make, yet such a complex, adventurous mouthful that you won't be able to put down your glass. We just happen to serve this bad boy at our tasting room, so if you are tired of pouring your own drinks, come on down to our bar and get someone else to do it for you. It's spicy, herbaceous and timeless. Don't forget to point your forefingers and thumb straight up and down. Pew, pew, pew!
0.75 oz Vinland Aquavit
0.75 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime
1.5 oz Simple Syrup
0.75 oz Ancho Reyes Verde Liqueur
1/2 Pinch of Salt (optional)
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds then strain into a glass. Fun tip: you can also use lemon juice instead of lime juice. It's slightly different but equally as excellent.
