  • 1 oz Vinland Aquavit
  • 1/2 oz Campari
  • 2 oz grapefruit juice
  • 2-3 oz soda water
  • 2 Mint leaves

In a tall glass add aquavit, campari and mint leaves. Muddle the mint. Fill with ice cubes, then add grapefruit juice, and top up with soda water. Garnish with a mint sprig.
